Services

From the data to the deal

The trade data tells you who is buying, who is selling and what they pay. These services help you act on it — a market chosen, a buyer approached, a shipment moved.

How engagements run

Four steps, in this order

1

Scope

A short call to fix the product, the market and the outcome you want.

2

Evidence

We pull the customs records for your HS code and market before advising anything.

3

Plan

A written plan: counterparties, price position, documents, route and timing.

4

Execute

You run it, or we coordinate it through our partner network — your choice.

What we are, and what we are not

We are a trade-data business with an advisory arm. We do not own vessels, warehouses or a customs licence, and we will not pretend to. Where a job needs a licensed customs house agent or a freight forwarder, we introduce and coordinate vetted third parties and say so up front. Fees are quoted after scoping, in writing, and nothing on this page is a guarantee of orders or savings.

Common questions

Do I need a data subscription to use the services?

No. Advisory work can be scoped on its own. If a subscription would clearly save you money for the job in hand, we will say so; if it would not, we will say that too.

How are services priced?

By scope. After a short call we send a written quote covering deliverables and timeline. Nothing is charged before you accept it. See the refund and cancellation policies for the terms.

Do you handle customs clearance yourselves?

No. Clearance must be done by a licensed customs house agent. We coordinate one for you from our partner network, or work alongside the agent you already use.

Which markets do you cover?

Any of the 200+ countries in the dataset, with the deepest coverage in the 99 detailed markets. The corridor guides cover eight priority routes.
