For a defined product and market, a manufacturer can agree an exclusive arrangement: we direct qualified buyer introductions for that corridor to that partner only, for an agreed period. Exclusivity is granted per product, per market, in writing, and is conditional on the partner meeting capacity and quality terms. There is no blanket exclusivity and no fee for exclusivity in place of performance.
