How to cancel a subscription or an advisory engagement, and what happens next.
You can cancel at any time by emailing info@eximdataprovider.com from your account address. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Subscriptions renew for the same period unless cancelled. We send a reminder before each renewal. To avoid a further charge, cancel before the renewal date.
You may cancel at any point by written notice. Work delivered up to the notice date is payable and any unstarted, prepaid portion is returned, as set out in the refund policy.
We may suspend or end access for breach of the terms and conditions, including redistribution of data. Where we end access without breach, the unused paid period is refunded.
The marketplace is free. You can close your account and remove your listing at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing us.
